Palladium considers history important. We owe our culture, skills and heritage to our past. Palladium has been a part of building housing in Europe since the industrial revolution. In eastern France we were call upon to help rebuild after the first world war. Palladium helped rebuild villages, working class districts, streets, churches and bridges. At the time our work was still diversified, but history often repeats itself and the second world war left us with a significant rebuilding job, even though the residential industry had already begun to evolve. Its during this point, Palladium noticed the speculative approach of the residential industry and made a decision to remain true to serving "the housing cause". During the 50's and 60's new and different approaches to construction started to create a schism in the market. The 70's and 80's opened up new fields of economic development. The 90's gave us the chance to expand into the US. In the wake of a recession and the fall of the Berlin Wall a new century started. 

Learning from all our experiences and our predecessors has helped us refine our focus through out the years. These same experiences have made up a significant part of who we are, and have strengthened our resolve to pass on these values to future generations, while leaving behind buildings that will last.
